I use carrier bag instead of the disposable bags given by the shop; a small contribution in keeping the environment clean!

I bring my own recycle bag to contain the newspaper I buy.

To save the environment, I collect 13,000 liters of water from the canal daily to store it in the recycled water tank. The recycled water will be pumped into the MS vehicle water tank and when the MS vehicle is sweeping the road, this water will help to reduce the dust so that it won’t pollute the air.

My son Zhe Cheng is 8 years old this year. Every week, my son and I will bring the old newspapers in the house to the collection point set up by teachers in Zhe Cheng’s school. There, these old newspapers will be recycled and granted a second life.

I bring my kids out to play in the forest so they learn to love nature.

My mother-in-law taught me how we can do composting at home and we do it in our “garden”. Environmental education starts from home.

I recycle paper whenever I can. I made 500 CD covers out of recycled paper for CDs that are meant to be given out to fellow workers.

 I reuse A4 paper boxes for containers or book stops.

The 3 R's are part of my daily life! I save energy by using LED lights at home and I am using the fan instead of the aircon in the living room. I bought a LED TV with energy saving mode. I save energy and water by equipping the shower with a temperature and flow meter. I drive a green car with Natural Gas Technology (NGT) and while recycling I crush plastic bottles to reduce unnecessary space.

 

I bring my own water bottle to the office and to meetings. I also bring my own recycle bag whenever I go for my shopping.

I collect and recycle newspaper at home.

I go green by recycling the recycled paper into Notes.
